Healthy Pancakes

We often get bored of eating the same breakfasts but haven’t the time with work and families and so need easy and quick recipes. Healthy food that takes just minutes to put together is what we need in today’s fast moving world and so today we are making healthy pancakes!

Just 6 ingredients are required for these healthy pancakes. They are suitable for breakfasts, snacks or even dinners as we sometimes do! They will energise you and the kids for hours. Oh, and your Personal Trainer will be happy too!

Ingredients

Bananas, oats, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. That’s it!

These healthy pancakes are easy and quick to make. You can also put the mix together the night before and simply get it out of the fridge and straight into the pan or cook them and warm them up in the microwave for super morning efficiency.

Throw everything into the blender.
